Position Overview A boutique personal injury law firm is seeking a
Licensed Attorney
to join its team. The ideal candidate has prior personal injury experience and must have deposition experience. This role involves handling personal injury matters with professionalism, strong legal judgment, and a commitment to client advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct depositions (required)
Handle personal injury cases from intake through resolution
Prepare legal documents, motions, and pleadings
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers
Assist with case strategy, negotiation, and litigation preparation
Manage deadlines, filings, and case progress efficiently
Specific Qualifications and Requirements
Must belicensed to practice Law in the State of New York
Deposition experience is required
Personal injury experience strongly preferred
Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
Ability to manage a caseload and work independently
