About the role : We are seeking a seasoned Attorney with deep roots in Personal Injury litigation to join our team in Van Nuys. This role is for a professional who knows the courtroom, respects the craft of the law, and understands that advocacy is both an art and a responsibility.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including litigation and settlement negotiations
Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements with precision
Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as required
Provide strategic legal counsel to clients with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and the courts
Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff, maintaining standards that don’t slip with time.
Required Qualification :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Minimum 5 years overall legal experience
At least 3 years hands‑on experience in Personal Injury law
Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
Full‑time position with competitive compensation
