Job Title: Analyst and Purchasing Support
Location: Fort Worth, Texas 76107 (100% on-site)
Order ID: 153404
Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for status reports on open sales orders for customers and obtaining updated status as needed for open purchase orders with suppliers
Expedite status of external and internal parts orders and purchase orders via communication with suppliers and inter-company operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability
Resolve delays, shortages, or issues with orders and expedite urgent requests
Track and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records of purchases, orders, and supplier agreements
Source and procure aviation parts from domestic and international suppliers
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to meet company needs
Process purchase orders per company guidelines as support for senior buyers
Qualifications: Strong negotiation and communication skills
Must be able to work independently as well as with a team
Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize, and multitask
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office products
Preferred Background: High School Diploma/GED
Experience in administration, sales, customer service, or purchasing
Intermediate to advanced user in Microsoft Excel
