Team Lead - Provider Management Fort Worth, TX 76109 | Remote after initial onsite training COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $19/hr, depending on experience • Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM • Direct Hire, W2 ROLE IMPACT The Provider Management Analyst II supports claim audit operations by verifying provider and patient information, ensuring documentation accuracy, and facilitating efficient claims review. This role contributes to compliance, data integrity, and timely claim resolution while supporting operational excellence across the provider network. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Verify provider, patient, and client data for accuracy on claims-related documentation (e.g., UB04s, HCFAs, medical records). • Ensure all provider requests and claim audits are properly documented and routed to the appropriate departments. • Maintain production and quality standards while ensuring confidentiality of PHI and PII. • Communicate proactively with leadership regarding issues or process gaps. • Support team collaboration, including outbound calls for provider verification or clarification. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • High School Diploma or equivalent required. • 2+ years of office, healthcare administration, or provider data management experience. • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows-based systems. • Must have 2+ years of Team Lead/managerial experience • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a production-driven environment. CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook • Windows OS and Internet-based platforms • Claims management and audit tracking systems PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience in medical claims auditing or health insurance operations. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards.
