Your Mission as a Quantum Fiber Sales Member:
Engage directly with customers to drive Lumen’s Quantum Fiber sales.
Present the benefits of Quantum Fiber services to diverse customer groups.
Successfully close sales by guiding customers through the enrollment process.
Manage a dedicated sales territory within the Las Vegas area to meet sales quotas.
Maintain an expert understanding of all Quantum Fiber and related Lumen products.
Participate in regular team meetings and sales training sessions.
Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities using provided CRM tools.
Uphold professional and ethical standards as a brand ambassador for Lumen.
