Restaurant Manager Outback Steakhouse is seeking an energetic and results‑driven Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of a full‑service restaurant. The Manager will provide a high‑quality customer experience, mentor front‑line and back‑of‑house staff, and ensure compliance with company standards and health & safety regulations. Compensation Base salary: $57,784 - $60,000 per year, with the opportunity for quarterly bonuses based on company goals and metrics. Mentor and coach a team to success, creating an enjoyable environment for staff and customers. Optimize profits by managing labor and cost controls for food, beverage and inventory. Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Drive sales and marketing initiatives to grow the business. Recruit and onboard new talent for future staff needs. Uphold food safety, cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards at all times. Ensure quality of food with proper safety equipment, tools and recipe specifications. Passionate about the taste, temperature and presentation of each dish. Demonstrate immaculate standards while keeping the restaurant organized, clean and orderly. Requirements Proven management experience (2+ years) in a full‑service restaurant supporting large teams; full‑service experience preferred. Demonstrated success in a leadership role. Flexible to work at other locations in the region when needed. Minimum age 21 years. Highly proficient in English verbal, reading & writing communication skills. Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs. Able to work in hot and cold environments. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 10 hours per shift. Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping. Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems. Ability to move quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and. Also, the role involves working in areas with low or dim lighting. Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
