Restaurant Manager – Outback Steakhouse
We are searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of FOH and BOH in our restaurant. With limited supervision, you will manage staff, maintain standards, and drive profitability.
Compensation
$57,784 – $60,000, with bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities
Contribute to the success of restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
Lead, mentor and create an enjoyable team environment
Optimize profits by managing labor, food & beverage costs through proper ordering and inventory
Handle policies and procedures; maintain compliance
Increase customer satisfaction while managing service standards
Drive business growth through sales and marketing
Recruit new talent for upcoming openings
Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
Ensure quality of food with proper safety equipment and recipe specifications
Passionate about taste, temperature and presentation of dishes
Maintain immaculate standards and an organized restaurant
Requirements
Proven management experience (2+ years) in a restaurant supporting large teams; full‑service experience preferred
Demonstrated success in a leadership role
Flexibility to work at other regional locations when needed
Minimum age 21
Highly proficient in English (verbal, reading, writing)
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical work in hot‑cold environments
Ability to work for up to 10 hours per shift, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, stooping
Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils, technology
Ability to work quickly in fast‑paced environment
Visual ability: depth, color, focus in low lighting
Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
