Description of Task to be Performed:

AnaVation is seeking a Configuration Management Lead responsible for maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), licensing, hardware and software inventory, and authoring and maintaining policy documentation detailing the SOPs for information assurance, configuration management, and computer network defense operations. This role supports the customer's IT service development, management, and sustainment while helping implement DevSecOps, ITIL, and Agile best practices in their GOTs software development process. Required Qualifications:

Clearance:

Active TS/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph Education & Years of Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field plus 5-7 years of Cyber Security/Operations support Certifications:

DoD 8140 IAT Level II Certification (CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND, Security+) Demonstrated Experience and Expertise: Documenting network schemas and cyber operation tool solutions. Leading the oversight of the Configuration Management process to ensure the integrity and security of IT systems, software, and infrastructure, complying with federal regulations and agency policies. Co-leading the establishment and maintenance of the CMDB to ensure accurate tracking of assets and configurations. Managing software libraries, licensing trackers, systems documentation repositories, and maintaining hardware and software inventories and project management documentation to adhere to federal procurement and licensing guidelines. Knowledgeable regarding compliance with ICD standards. Strong teamwork, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills. Proactive in accepting new technical challenges in complex security engineering assignments. Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science or related field plus 8+ years of Cyber Security/Operations support Certifications: CySA+ Experience in authoring and updating IT Policy documents and SOPs Experience with infrastructure compliance and operational capabilities Experience as a key personnel on programs involving monitoring, administration, and leadership in CND, risk management, and security tools management.
