Responsibilities Own the recruiting process from initial outreach through offer acceptance Source and engage candidates within logistics and freight brokerage Conduct interviews to evaluate experience, motivation, and cultural fit Build lasting candidate relationships through thoughtful, consultative conversations Partner closely with the founder and recruiting team to improve processes and systems Participate in outbound outreach and phone-based recruiting (comfort with dialing is key) Why Join The Monson Group?
