What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with market leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate scheduling with hiring managers
Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the ATS
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition within home care, healthcare, or a related field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in promoting employer branding and participating in recruitment events
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
