The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to one hospitality company owner, including calendar management, correspondence, and meeting coordination. Serves as liaison between owner and departments. Exercises independent judgment and manages multiple projects with minimal supervision. The owner is highly technically savvy and detail oriented. He requires a thoughtful, methodical assistant who is able to understand and act on shifting priorities and tasks in an agile and efficient manner. The owner works best with an assistant who is self-motivated and willing to troubleshoot and problem solve independently. The ideal candidate is proactive, incredibly detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Requires an independently motivated individual who works autonomously while managing diverse needs of the owner. Responsibilities Manage the owner’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations Serve as primary contact for owner communications, screening calls and emails Balance and prioritize requests while managing competing demands Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive documents Coordinate special projects ensuring timely completion Maintain comprehensive filing and organizational systems Assist with expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking. Liaise with a third party accounting team on various ad-hoc matters Support meetings, investor relations, and high-level business functions Liaise with departments to facilitate requests and ensure communication Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Handle personal tasks for owners maintaining professional boundaries Qualifications 3+ years executive support or administrative experience Some college coursework in relevant field preferred Experience with calendar management and project coordination Advanced proficiency in computer technologies Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional demeanor for all management levels Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends (PST hours on occasion) Occasional travel for business projects, meetings, and conferences Maintain confidentiality and discretion Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to anticipate needs Professional appearance at all times Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and sit for extended periods Benefits + Compensation Compensation up to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience Paid Safe and Sick Leave Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Employee Discount Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative Industries Restaurants #J-18808-Ljbffr
