Job Description Summary This position works in conjunction with the Client Success Advisors and other members of the organization to oversee and coordinate various department and company‑led projects and initiatives. The role collaborates across departments to develop, improve, and fulfill new programs that align with our strategic vision, using systems such as FIRST InSite and Salesforce. The Manager will establish SMART goals, develop key performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports for executive stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Work with the organization to ensure detailed plans and deliverables for new programs or niche business offerings are met, using Jira and Lucid flow charts. Act as Project Manager/Supervisor to ensure successful launches and perform post‑launch analysis.
Identify required resources for program success and develop a comprehensive rollout plan, including system enhancements and business case presentation.
Identify opportunities for continual improvement across niche programs and business lines.
Mitigate risks and roadblocks to promote automated solutions for the CSA team, sales team, and clients.
Collaborate with Marketing to create communication plans, collateral, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Become an expert on the current system state and recommend initiatives to improve the user experience for clients and internal teams.
Knowledge, Skills, Background, Experience
3–5 years of program or project management experience.
Strong relationship‑building skills.
Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving, and critical thinking.
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and goals.

Compensation The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 – $110,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on candidate qualifications, skills, and experience.
