technical expertise , making it ideal for candidates who can analyze complex business processes and implement practical solutions through software development and data analysis. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements. Engage with end users to understand business challenges and identify process inefficiencies. Analyze existing systems and data flows to provide recommendations for improvement. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Design and implement solutions using
C#
to streamline business operations. Develop and maintain
SQL queries, procedures, and reports
for data analysis and validation. Support decision-making by delivering actionable insights from data. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through validation techniques. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications and data. Maintain clear and concise documentation for systems, workflows, and solutions. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a
Business Analyst or similar role with hands-on
C# and SQL
experience. Strong knowledge of
relational databases, data modeling, and process analysis . Proven ability to write and optimize
SQL queries and stored procedures . Proficiency in
C# application development (bonus if within a .NET framework). Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, office-based environment. Nice to Have: Experience with
reporting tools
(e.g., Power BI, SSRS) Familiarity with
Agile
or
Scrum methodologies Exposure to
cloud platforms
(e.g., Azure SQL, AWS RDS)
