About the Mailing & Fulfillment Center At the Adelante Mailing & Fulfillment Center, we help local and national businesses manage their mailing and fulfillment projects from start to finish. That could mean preparing bulk mailings, organizing mailing lists, handling printing and addressing, or assembling fulfillment materials — all with care and precision. We’ve been doing this for decades, and our team’s attention to detail and commitment to quality makes us a trusted partner for our customers.
General Description of Duties:
This position supports the department in daily operation of assigned production and equipment operations related to Adelante contracts. Duties include but are not limited to;
Maintains and pre-determines quality control standards on product output
Performs scheduled preventive maintenance and makes minor adjustments/repairs on all equipment
Updates mail regulations as necessary
Trains staff on equipment as directed
Picks up, delivers, loads and unloads materials.
Must maintain customer relations and support other staff as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Training:
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year mailing or printing work experience required.
Must have computer skills to include basic equipment set-up operations, and equipment troubleshooting.
Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English with internal and external customers of Adelante, and have the ability to read and write English in order to understand and interpret written procedures.
Other Requirements:
Must be able to pass background/fingerprint investigation and pre-employment drug screening. Must possess a valid NM driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance. Must have reliable transportation and agency insurable driving record. Must have excellent eye-hand coordination to safely operate equipment. Must be able to lift 50lbs., push, pull, bend, stoop continuously. Must be able to perform typing/keyboarding, crouch, kneel frequently. Must be able to lift 70 - 100 lbs. occasionally. Full-time Tuesday thru Saturday 8:00am - 4:30 pm
Pay: From $17.68 per hour.
