Looking for a role where your attention to detail actually makes a difference? Join our team as a Payroll Specialist and help keep our payroll on point, supporting the team and keeping everything organized behind the scenes.
What You'll Get to Do:
Learn all aspects of our payroll processes for both clients and staff.
Enter and review new employee information and timesheets, ensuring everything is accurate.
Respond to questions about payroll, PTO balances, pay rates, and more—your attention to detail will make a real difference.
Help compile payroll reports and maintain organized files, both digital and physical.
Pitch in with other payroll and office tasks as needed.

Job Type:
Full-time Monday thru Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Pay range $20.00 to $25.00 depending on experience

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Prefer advanced accounting course work.
One (1) year experience working in a business office atmosphere required.
One (1) year high volume (300 + employees) in-house payroll experience preferred.
Must have solid mathematical skills, advanced computer literacy and utilization of various Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and general clerical duties required.
Other Requirements:
Must have own reliable transportation, valid NM driver’s license, agency insurable driving record and proof of current liability insurance. Must be able sit, perform keyboarding functions, and utilize a calculator continually. Must be able to stand, walk, bend stoop, and reach above shoulders frequently.
