Member Conversion and Customer Service – lead by example, connect with clients, offer individualized sales solutions, and coach a sales team.
Promote Health and Wellness – understand and communicate the benefits of massages and facials, and educate members and guests about services, upgrades, products, and memberships.
Multi‑Tasking Expertise – handle or assist with administrative tasks including payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
Passion to Drive Results – understand the impact of your actions, flex strategy to drive results, and accommodate the business’s needs with flexible business hours, including evenings and weekends.
