Attorney – Association Litigation

An Association Law Firm is currently hiring a Litigation Attorney. The position is a Direct Hire placement and is offering full time hours along with a generous benefits plan. Responsibilities will include representing Condo and HOA associations in the debt collection, notifications of non‑compliance, liens and possibly foreclosure action of delinquent homeowners. Attorneys should have 3-4 years of litigation experience in one of the following areas: foreclosure, real estate, association law, debt collection, or general civil litigation. Salary is commensurate with litigation experience. Minimum Requirements
