Litigation Attorney (Community Association)

An established law firm is currently hiring a Litigation Attorney. The position is full time and a direct hire permanent placement. The law firm specializes in various aspects of Community Association representation. Cases will include foreclosure, collection, commercial breach of contract cases, and covenant compliance actions. Applicants with experience working in an HOA or Condo association firm, foreclosure law firm, property damage or real estate law firm in another capacity are encouraged to apply.
