Position Overview The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the studio’s daily activities. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage administrative, financial, and operational tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee general office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
Manage scheduling, meeting logistics, and internal communications
Maintain organized systems for documentation, records, and office procedures
Support HR functions such as onboarding, benefits coordination, and time tracking
Assist with financial tasks including invoicing, expense reporting, and budget tracking
Serve as a liaison between staff, leadership, and external partners
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Foster a positive and professional office culture
Qualifications
Previous experience in office management or administrative support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and office management software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Skills
Experience in architecture, design, or creative industries
Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems
Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
