We are currently looking for

2 Customer Support Specialists

who are

native English speakers and bilingual in Spanish

to join a USA-based support project. You will support users with app- and product-related questions while delivering a smooth and friendly customer experience.

Your Main Responsibilities

Assist users via phone and email with product- and app-related inquiries

Guide customers step by step through basic troubleshooting and feature navigation

Identify, document, and escalat technical issues to the next support level when required

Maintain accurate case notes in our CRM system (Zendesk or similar)

Continuously learn about app updates, tools, and workflows

Share feedback and insights to help improve processes and user experience

What We’re Looking For

Native-level English (spoken and written)

Strong Spanish communication skills (spoken and written)

Clear understanding of computer basics and mobile devices (apps & features)

Tech-savvy mindset and comfort learning new tools and systems

Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude

Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus

Less technical experience is acceptable if you are a fast learner (technical background is a bonus)

Project Details

Region: USA

Schedule: Fixed (Monday to Friday)

Contract Type: Freelance

Work Model: 100% Remote
