Our banking client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Technology Integration Department supporting enterprise-wide testing and system integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Provide project management oversight for integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across multiple stakeholder groups.
Coordinate and manage testing schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Identify and mitigate risks related to test environment and test data management challenges.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and readiness for testing phases.
Monitor and report on testing progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders and leadership.
What's Needed?
5+ years of experience in technical project management within large-scale enterprise banking environments. Experience within Compliance / Regulatory / GRC / Financial Crimes is a plus but the banking industry experience is required.
Proven experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system integration efforts.
Strong understanding of test environment and test data management challenges.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
