Technical Service Business Development Manager
PURPOSE
The Technical Service Business Development Manager will join the Technical organization in Elopak Region South and MENA and will play a key role in the achievement of our strategic ambitions. The porpuse of this role is to grow the technical service business by identifying business opportunities and maintaining close business relationships with customers, in coordination with the sales and technical service organizations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Identify, develop and close new technical service business opportunities
Build and maintain strong internal and external client relationships
Conduct market research and analyze trends
Coordinate with sales, technical managers, and global departments to align strategies, opportunities and sales materials
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in the packaging industry or as a syste ms supplier
Background in the food industry is a plus
Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or similar) or Business / Economics. Masters degree is a plus
Fluent in Spanish and English, French or Italian is a plus
Junior candidates will focus on support, while senior candidates will take on a more frontline, customer‑facing role
