Conklin Glass & Metal is a steel window and door subcontractor working in ultra high end residential construction in Manhattan. Candidates should be proficient in communication and highly organized as we work with some of the highest prestige contractors, architects and owners reps in NYC.
Project Management Support
Assist with scheduling and coordinating project timelines
Assist with purchase orders and submittals
Help track project costs and budgets
Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers
Organize project documentation and contracts
Support project managers with administrative tasks
Track leads and deals using Zoho CRM software
Accounting Support
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
Assist with accounts payable and receivable
Prepare financial reports and summaries
Help maintain accurate records in QuickBooks or other accounting software
Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing or payment issues
