Job Summary We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include entering Receivables, Entering Payables, paying invoices, communicating with customers, vendors, and business partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable, Receive and enter customer payments
Create Deposits, keep track of bank accounts, (Monthly Reconciliation)
Maintain the office layout with efficiency and organization in mind
Collaborate with Management to create, update, and maintain company procedures
Maintain office equipment in good working order with the assistance of Management.
Accounts Payable, Pay and record Vendor invoices
Clear Communication with customers, vendors and service providers
Reduce general office budget and overall costs. Improve efficiency.
Manage Employees Time, Timeclock, HR Benefits, and Enter Payroll.
Attend Meetings to coordinate efforts between departments to improve quality and efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred
Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred
Understanding of Computer Software, (Windows. Networking) office equipment (Copier, Fax), systems, and procedures.
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Google Suite. (GMAIL)
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online
Salary work week is M-Th from 8am to 6pm
Pay is Weekly
