Job Duties
Prepare and complete outgoing paperwork, tickets, packing lists, and invoices
Order parts and supplies as needed
Complete incoming paperwork and track parts
Perform light HR duties including managing employee benefits, timekeeping, and payroll entry
Maintain basic accounting knowledge and use QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online
Communicate clearly with customers and vendors
Receive and enter vendor bills, record customer payments, and create deposits
Requirements
High School Diploma
2‑3 years of prior Office Manager experience
Experience with administrative and operational paperwork, including invoices, packing lists, tickets, and parts tracking
Working knowledge of basic accounting, including QuickBooks (Desktop or Online), vendor bills, customer payments, and deposits
Ability to support light HR and payroll functions such as time tracking, payroll entry, and benefits administration
Strong communication skills with customers and vendors, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows systems
