Position: Registered Nurse – Outpatient Dialysis, Full‑time, 3‑4 days per week (no Sundays)
$5,000 bonus now available to 2026 hires
Some Details About This Position
SCHEDULE:
Flexible schedule. Work opening and closing shifts, rotating Saturdays, and some holidays. Full‑time teammates generally work 3‑4 days per week, shifts 8‑12 hours.
LICENSE:
Current RN license in the state of practice; Graduate Nurse pre‑licensure available in some locations.
DEGREE:
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or three‑year diploma may be substituted.
TRAINING:
Training provided onsite, with teammates from other clinics if needed.
FLEXIBILITY:
Potential to float to nearby clinics.
EXPERTISE:
Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and make sound recommendations in stressful situations; excellent communication skills with patients and teammates; basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; chart patient data in the electronic medical record system.
QUALITATIVE:
Desire to deliver care empathetically and compassionately.
Not Required, But “Nice to Haves”
ICU, CCU, ER, or Med‑Surg experience.
Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
Previous chronic, acute, or home hemodialysis nursing experience.
Training/teaching/education background.
