Position Summary : This role provides direct clinical patient care in the Observation unit. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, supervising delegated staff, and supporting the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, staff competency, and resource management.
Shift & Hours Rotate. Every other weekend required. Hours: 7:00 pm to 7:30 am and 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.
Education & Certifications
Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
Required: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice in the state of operation. CPR certification.
Compensation $44.29 – $66.95 hourly (individual wages determined based on qualifications and experience).
