Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time
Stellar Health Group is inviting applications for a dedicated Registered Nurse at our facility in Walpole, MA. The RN will play a critical role in providing compassionate, evidence‑based care to residents and collaborating with interdisciplinary staff.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support CNA staff on the assigned unit.
Deliver nursing care in accordance with facility protocols and safe practice standards.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team.
Apply critical thinking to manage diverse clinical situations with tact.
Qualifications
Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of Massachusetts.
Strong communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to handle different situations with tact and professionalism.
