As a Team Leader, you will lead a group of Health & Beauty associates, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient merchandising, and adherence to store standards. You will monitor daily operations, provide coaching, track performance, and collaborate with store leadership to achieve sales objectives. Seniority Level
