Job Overview Health and Beauty associates under your leadership will:
Deliver outstanding customer care in the Health & Beauty department.
Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features.
Maintain stock levels, planograms, and product imagery.
Assist shoppers with product selection and health inquiries.
Lead a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Compensation Base pay: $19.00/hr – $32.00/hr
Hourly wage:
$19 – $32 per hour
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, and specific work performed.
Employment type: Full‑time. Location: Walmart Supercenter #705, 17030 US HIGHWAY 441, MOUNT DORA, FL, 32757.
