Responsibilities

Provide high‑quality, safe, cost‑effective nursing care to all patients.

Assume responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process.

Direct care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, and infection control, with the goal of discharging the patient with an optimum level of care.

Coordinate and plan patient care within the prescribed medical regime.

Administer all medications safely and in a timely manner per hospital policy.

Perform and fulfill all HICS responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles as directed during emergencies and/or disasters.

Be familiar with the hospital’s emergency codes, their purpose and appropriate action, and adhere to the hospital policies and procedures for each code.

Additional Note:

This position may qualify for a sign‑on bonus.

Summary This role provides direct clinical patient care. The RN will assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per‑shift basis and at the unit level. The RN will supervise staff and delegate care as appropriate. The RN will support the CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Education Required: Graduate from a state‑approved or accredited school of nursing.

Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.

Experience Preferred: Recent acute‑care experience.

Certifications

Current RN license, certified or registered to practice as required by state law and policy.

CPR, AHA BLS.

Corporate policy may require AHA ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP.
