HealthDrive is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) to work Part‑Time (2 days/week) in nursing facilities across the North Shore, MA area (work available in Littleton and Lowell).

Responsibilities The Nurse Practitioner will provide psychiatric medication‑management services to residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long‑term care facilities within an assigned territory.
Essential Functions
Monitor psychiatric medications for effectiveness, response of resident, and side effects.
Inform residents of potential side effects of psychiatric medications.
Recommend initiation of any psychiatric medication deemed appropriate.
Complete AIMS testing every three months on residents receiving antipsychotic medication.
Monitor tapering of psychiatric medications according to federal regulations.
Recommend behavioral interventions to nursing staff.
Develop behavior plans as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree from an accredited college/university.
State professional Nurse Practitioner license.
Board certification required.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to use email, the internet, and to learn other health‑care related software.
