Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be able to provide exceptional care to patients in a fast‑paced and high‑stress environment. The Registered Nurse will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to monitor and treat critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing procedures as needed.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

Assess and document patient progress and response to treatment.

Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment plans.

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.

Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Idaho.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in intensive care/critical care nursing.

BLS and ACLS certifications.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced and high‑stress environment.

Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
