is looking for a caring and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team!!! We have current openings for experienced
LPN/RN
for night 8‑hour shifts starting at
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour .
Qualifications
Possess and maintain a current and unrestricted IL LPN or RN License
CPR certification preferred, but not required
Excellent verbal and non‑verbal communication skills
Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
Job Description
Be responsible for the care and wellbeing of all residents. Direct, help and mentor the CNAs on your team.
Assess the residents’ needs and assist in developing and following individual care plans.
Identify and communicate changes in residents’ status to physicians, NPs, staff, and family members.
Administer medications, treatments, and other direct care as prescribed and indicated.
Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.
Communicate information to staff to provide a smooth shift transition.
Document appropriately as needed or required in Point Click Care (Electronic Health Records).
