INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma’s largest not‑for‑profit health system, is seeking a Registered Nurse for our new Swing Bed Unit in Woodward, OK. In this full‑time, daytime position (7:00 am–7:00 pm), you will provide exceptional care to patients while collaborating with a dedicated team. Responsibilities include the management and delivery of patient care using the nursing process. You may be required to float to other units, participate in on‑call status, and adhere to National Patient Safety Goals relevant to your level of patient contact.

Assessment / re‑assessments
Development of the plan of care
Implementation of appropriate patient‑care interventions
Evaluation of the interventions
Supervises and coordinates licensed and non‑licensed personnel as assigned
Provides guidance and mentorship to non‑licensed personnel and students
Qualifications Required Qualifications
RN (Registered Nurse) current licensure in Oklahoma or a valid multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) member state
BLS certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire (Hospice only: CPR required in lieu of BLS)
Other certifications and competencies specific to the service line
Effective verbal and written communication in English
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; for Mental Health positions a current Oklahoma State driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required
Preferred Qualifications
Hospice only: CHPN (Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse)
