Job Description INTEGRIS Heart Hospital at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system, offers a rewarding opportunity for an RN to join our Cardiac SAU Post‑op team in Oklahoma City, OK. This role requires working nights from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., providing exceptional care to patients. Our mission is to partner with people to live healthier lives. Responsibilities

Assessment/re‑assessments

Development of the plan of care

Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions

Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions

Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non‑licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned

Provides guidance and mentorship to non‑licensed personnel and students, as appropriate

The Staff Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.

Special consideration: this position may require floating to other units, participation in on‑call status, and management of mental health or restraint situations using the identified Behavior Management Technique System.

Required Qualifications

RN (Registered Nurse) – current licensure in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) member state

BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire – for hospice, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is required in lieu of BLS

Other certifications and competencies based on service line skills

Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).

In addition, vehicles may be required for certain aspects of the role. The incumbent must possess a valid driver’s license in Oklahoma and a driving record acceptable to the insurance carrier.

Preferred Qualifications

Hospice only: CHPN (Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse)
