Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) at Attain Behavioral Health provides direct care and support to clients in clinical and community settings, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment during treatment and sober living at Renewed Recovery housing.

Pay $35,797 – $43,680 per year (based on skills and experience).

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.

Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans developed by the clinical team.

Conduct therapeutic activities and facilitate group sessions as directed.

Monitor and document clients' progress, behavior, and overall well‑being.

Safely transport clients to and from the facility, medical appointments, and community activities; maintain accurate transportation logs and keep vehicle clean and maintained.

Respond to crises and emergencies, de‑escalate situations, and report incidents to the clinical supervisor.

Maintain detailed and accurate client records, incident reports, and treatment progress notes.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards; participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; CDCA licensure preferred.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

One year of experience in a behavioral health setting or related field.

Certification in CPR and First Aid.

Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and assisting clients.
