Salary: $49.45/hr – $54.51/hr.
Shift: Full‑time, days (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.) with rotating weekends.

Job Summary And Qualifications The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care in accordance with department needs and nursing standards. Collaborating with medical providers and care team members, the RN delivers individualized, comprehensive, compassionate care using the “Assess, Perform, Teach, Manage” nursing model and advocates for patients and families.
Responsibilities
Assess patient pain and promote effective pain management, including reassessment after interventions.
Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions ordered by the medical provider and document care in the patient medical record promptly.
Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate and resolve needs proactively.
Teach patients, families, and caregivers about medical condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow‑up measures, translating complex terminology.
Teach non‑medicinal follow‑up measures such as healthy diet, exercise, disease prevention and lifestyle changes.
Qualifications You Will Need
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of employment.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of employment.
Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course within 18 months of employment.
PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 6 months of employment.
Trauma Nursing Core Course within 18 months of employment.
Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree.
