Alex Hormozi, Iman Ghadzi, and Dan Martell . This is not a social media role, not a content calendar role. This is a media, perception, and authority‑building role. Your job is to turn Matthew Khorsandi into a top‑tier founder brand — respected, aspirational, and trusted — and to convert that attention into inbound demand for GLP Marketing.

What You’ll Actually Be Responsible For 1. Founder‑Led Media Execution (The Engine)

Act as the primary operator behind the founder’s personal media brand

Shadow the CEO during key moments (office, meetings, workouts, travel, downtime)

Capture raw reality and translate it into high‑signal content

Decide what moments matter — and which don’t

This is documentation with taste, not random vlogging.

2. Content That Builds Authority, Cool, and Trust You will produce and oversee:

Short‑form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

Founder POV content (LinkedIn, X)

Visual storytelling (Instagram, Stories, lifestyle shots)

But more importantly:

You’ll know when to post less

You’ll understand that cool is often restraint

You’ll make the founder feel calm, controlled, and inevitable — not thirsty

3. Perception & Brand Strategy (The Invisible Work)

Shape how the market feels about the founder

Protect the founder’s positioning

Ensure messaging stays:

Confident, not loud

Aspirational, not try‑hard

You are thinking in quarters and years, not likes.

4. Community & Signal Amplification

Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube

Engage thoughtfully — not spammy

Build a real audience of founders, operators, and buyers

Turn attention into:

DMs

Inbound leads

Understands why something looks cool — not just that it does

Requirements

Based in Miami, FL

Comfortable working closely with a CEO in real‑life environments

Visual composition skills

Tone skills

Narrative skills

Can shoot and edit quickly (iPhone + Cap Cut/Premiere is fine)

High discretion, emotional intelligence, and maturity
