As a Full-Time ROI Specialist at Southwest Health System, Inc., you’ll play a vital role under the guidance of the HIM Coordinator, overseeing the release of information systems in compliance with SHS policies and procedures. Your expertise in navigating the electronic health record will be instrumental in disclosing medical record information promptly and accurately upon receiving authorized requests. In this multifaceted position, you’ll engage in various clerical duties that require adherence to standardized procedures, ensuring seamless patient care and information management. Regulatory/Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous Experience preferred.
Language Skills:
Able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
Additional languages preferred.
Skills:
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to solve practical problems; ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
40 wpm typing speed.
Preferably Cerner Supply Chain knowledge
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication skills.
