We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven
Talent Acquisition Recruiter
to help us find and hire the exceptional talent that powers our growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building strong partnerships with hiring managers, and are passionate about creating a positive candidate experience, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to offer.
Partner closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs and craft accurate job descriptions.
Source and engage top talent through multiple channels.
Collaborate with external recruiters for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
Report on recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements.
Support core HR functions, including event planning, benefits assistance, onboarding, and payroll backup.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
General HR experience, such as onboarding, benefits, or employee relations.
Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with ATS platforms.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
HR Certifications and/or heavy equipment industry experience are a plus.
