What You’ll Do As Controller, you’ll oversee all aspects of financial management for our distribution operations, including:
Accounting & Reporting
Deliver accurate consolidated P&L and balance sheet reporting.
Provide insightful monthly commentary and financial presentations for leadership.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Lead annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes.
Analyze operating results and drive actionable insights.
Receivables & Inventory Management
Ensure timely billing, collections, and credit compliance.
Oversee inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
Compliance & Controls
Maintain strong internal controls and support audit processes.
Implement policies and ensure adherence across all locations.
Strategic Initiatives
Partner on system implementations, process improvements, and M&A integration.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA preferred
Experience in cost accounting, manufacturing, or distribution
Strong FP&A skills and ability to manage complex projects
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
Advanced proficiency in Excel; ERP experience (Oracle R12, Fusion, Hyperion) a plus
