Cash Application Analyst
to join a high-performing finance team onsite in
Charlotte, NC . This is a
full-time, temporary opportunity (3-6 months)
with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations—helping ensure accurate cash application, strong internal controls, and efficient working capital processes. Hunter Hamilton offers hourly/weekly pay, direct deposit and temporary health benefits!
What You’ll Do
Receive, prepare, and process Accounts Receivable check deposits accurately and on time, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation
Print, assemble, and mail Accounts Payable checks in accordance with internal controls and security procedures
Scan, organize, and route AP invoices for timely processing
Partner closely with Billing and Collections teams to resolve customer payment issues and missing remittance details
Escalate unresolved or unidentified payments and support collection management activities as needed
Document processes and help maintain up-to-date procedural documentation
Support special projects and provide general administrative assistance as required
Collaborate with internal finance, sales, customer experience, and global service center teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction
What Makes You a Strong Fit
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in cash application, accounts receivable, accounting operations, or related finance roles
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a high-volume environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial systems; comfortable working with data and documentation
Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
Clear communicator who works well with cross-functional stakeholders
Able to work onsite full time in Charlotte, NC
