About the Role We're looking for a motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our production team! In this role, you'll play a key part in creating high-quality printing inks and coatings while ensuring safety and efficiency. You'll operate a variety of manufacturing equipment, follow detailed instructions, and maintain a keen eye for quality.
What You'll Do
Safety First:
Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including proper use of equipment and protective gear.
Production Expert:
Operate manufacturing equipment, perform changeovers, and make adjustments to meet product specifications.
Quality Control:
Utilize gauges and measurement tools to verify product quality and identify any deviations.
Team Player:
Communicate effectively with your team members to ensure smooth production flow.
Continuous Improvement:
Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Adaptability:
Be willing to cross-train on different workstations and learn new processes.
What You'll Need
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in a production environment (Required)
1+ year of experience operating machinery (Required)
Previous manufacturing and forklift experience is a plus!
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality products.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as needed.
