1st Shift:
8:00 am to 4:00 pm 2nd Shift:
4:00 pm to 12:00 am (Shift Differential: $5.00) 3rd Shift:
12:00 am to 8:00 am (Shift Differential: $5.00) Key Responsibilities:
Follow all safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of guarding/protection. Adhere to procedures for the proper use and care of equipment and materials. Attend training sessions to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills. Be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds. Change machine setups and/or make minor adjustments to machines to ensure products meet specifications. Use gauge instruments or visual inspections to identify quality issues and ensure products meet specifications. Enter scheduled/produced information into the computer database for the assigned workstation, where applicable. Follow process specifications for the assigned workstation. Communicate effectively with team members. Perform other duties as assigned, with an emphasis on the ability to learn and cross-train on multiple workstations. Work overtime as needed. Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred) Experience and Skills:
1 year of Forklift experience (Preferred) 2 years of Production experience (Required) 2 years of Manufacturing experience (Preferred) 401(k) with matching Dental, Health, and Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid time off Employee assistance program Referral program Schedule:
