Summary of Job Duties The Recruiting and Student Programming Coordinator supports enrollment growth and student engagement for the ISYS graduate programs. The role involves planning and implementing recruitment activities, managing prospective student communications, coordinating graduate program and event logistics, supporting student services, and administering expenditures in accordance with University fiscal procedures. Local and regional travel is required; Saturday availability for supporting curricular events is required. Regular, reliable, and non‑disruptive attendance and the ability to maintain collegial relationships are essential.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education

At least two years of experience with operational support of University curricular programs and event planning

Prior experience with planning and implementing recruitment and curricular events, including event planning and communications

Prior experience with development of marketing materials and professional social media campaigns in a corporate environment or in higher education

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education

Prior experience with operational support of Graduate Business Programs and student enrollment management

At least two years’ experience with University of Arkansas operational systems (e.g., Slate, Salesforce, Workday, CLSS)

At least two years’ experience with professional relationship outreach management

Experience with CRM management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of master’s and graduate programs

Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail

Demonstrated presentation skills

Basic skills in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and University of Arkansas systems including Workday and CLSS

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work some evenings and weekends

Strong ability to focus while handling multiple tasks simultaneously in stressful and/or time sensitive environments

Ability to work effectively with people from various backgrounds
