Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and screenings.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with functional goals.
Administer therapeutic interventions and adjust treatment as needed based on patient progress.
Educate patients and families to support continued care and recovery.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Stay up to date with continuing education and participate in professional development activities.
Assist with training new staff and mentoring physical therapy students.
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an APTA-approved bachelor's program (or foreign equivalent).
Licensure:
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Arizona.
Certification:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Experience:
Recent experience working with adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting is preferred.
