Physical Therapist - IRP 2

Job Type: Intermittent, Scheduled Hours: 0.2, Shift: Varying Shifts
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
Provide a wide variety of treatment techniques to patients with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, neurogenic disorders, orthopedic problems, burns, amputations or chronic pain.
Educate and support families regarding rehabilitation goals and progress.
Facilitate continuing care planning and coordinate services with attending physicians, nurses, case managers, and other participants in patient care.
Participate in quality assurance initiatives and outcomes management activities to improve service delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
Licensed professional physical therapist with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Clearance through the National Database of Practitioners and maintenance of professional licensure.
Preferred 1–2 years of experience working in a medical setting.
Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and proficiency in technical, interpersonal, and cognitive skills required for essential job functions.

Final candidates must successfully complete a background check; a drug screen or physical may be required during the post‑offer process.
