Occupational Therapist (OT)
Step Up Rehab is inviting applications for a full‑time Occupational Therapist (OT) in Satellite Beach, FL. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $28–$38, a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for new full‑time team members (available January 1–9, 2026 after an increase from $3,000), and a range of benefits.

Qualifications
Successfully completed an accredited occupational therapy program recognized by the Board of Occupational Therapy Practice.
Licensed or eligible for licensure as an occupational therapist in Florida.
Membership in state and national American Occupational Therapy Associations is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and public‑relations skills to build effective relationships with patients and colleagues.
Thorough understanding of therapeutic principles, methods, materials, and equipment used in occupational therapy.
Knowledge of safety hazards to patients during treatment and necessary precautionary measures.
Collaboration skills—ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and medical staff.
Excellent communication—ability to interpret physicians’ directions and recommend treatment programs outlining expected benefits.
Emotional intelligence—demonstrated emotional stability to manage patient‑care demands and teamwork.
Commitment to confidentiality of patient and employee information.
Preferred: Knowledge of Medicare and third‑party reimbursement; experience with Net Health.
