Role Summary The Medical Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a seamless, compassionate experience for our patients. This dual position supports both clinical care and front desk operations, working closely with physicians and clinical teams to ensure exceptional patient care in a fast‑paced fertility clinic environment. We are seeking a dependable, enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to personalized, high‑quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Front office duties – processing payments, checking patients in and out of appointments, creating an amazing welcome to the clinic experience

Rooming patients

Obtaining vitals

Performing phlebotomy

Scheduling appointments

Maintaining a clean clinic

Assisting physicians during procedures (saline sonograms, IUI and more)

Cross‑training opportunities for support in our Ambulatory Surgery Center during egg retrievals

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Certified Medical Assistant certification preferred

Current BLS certification

CPT‑1 certification preferred

Strong customer service skills and ability to thrive in a team‑based, fast‑paced environment

Employment Type This is a full‑time non‑exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends, and holidays.

Compensation The salary range for this role is $20–26/hr. Salary is based on several factors including job‑related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and/or degrees.
